Because the basis of our activities is the development and implementation of educational programs and projects of intercultural interaction.

To achieve this, we, among other things, conduct practice-oriented research in the sociocultural sphere and strive to provide educational support to interested people.

We are for diversity as a source of development. For the diversity of sociocultural communities and the mutual influence of various pedagogical practices emerging in them. We think that our experience and knowledge can be useful in multicultural Israel.

We believe that the development of education can be an alternative to mutual misunderstanding, the slide of society into authoritarianism, and the personal failure of young people.

We are convinced that constant dialogue between generations, people of different cultures and languages is important for the sustainable development of the country.

Overcoming these common problems, in our opinion, can be facilitated by the development of cultural educational practices that are accessible to everyone.

We strive to develop educational projects that carry the culture of such education and pass it on to future generations.

We are confident that education can contribute to the formation of happy and fulfilled people, an increase in the number of whom is the key to a happy and successful society.

We believe it is important to support people who find themselves in a new space and culture.

This can be done, among other things, through:

• establishing educational bridges between people of different countries and cultures,

•  involving representatives of different languages and ages in dialogue,

• assistance to specialists in the field of education and culture in self-realization in new conditions.

A variety of educational practices that involve different people contributes to the formation of a community of people who embrace cultural diversity as a source of development.

Supporting the sustainability of multicultural Israel through the success of the destinies of specific people of different cultures who have the opportunity to personally actively participate in cultural and educational programs.

• support for the initiatives of people who have recently arrived in the country and are trying to realize themselves in a new socio-cultural situation,

• development and implementation of educational programs and projects of intercultural interaction,

• popularization of knowledge in the field of mathematics and music, natural sciences and humanities, arts and modern technologies,
